How long does shipping take for my mechanical keyboard?
Shipping typically takes 7-15 business days for international orders. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your keyboard's journey.
Are Epomaker keyboards hot-swappable?
Most of our popular models feature hot-swappable PCBs, allowing you to easily change switches without soldering. Please check the specific product specifications page to confirm hot-swap compatibility for your model.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and condition. If you experience a technical defect, please contact our support team to initiate a warranty claim.
Do you provide software for remapping keys and RGB control?
Yes, we provide proprietary driver software for most of our keyboards. You can download the latest version from our official website to customize your RGB lighting, macros, and key layers.

Does my keyboard come with a warranty?
